I am Kathy, a mother of two in her 30's happily married to my amazing husband who is my #1 cheerleader, thank you honey for always believing in me. 

What started as me, challenging myself to try new things in the kitchen for my family, has turned into a passion to me. I was to share what I love with all of you. I make everything with love.

My grandmother raised me, and she has always made the yummiest food from scratch, just like a lot of us like to say "there is nothing like our mothers cooking".

I grew knowing that all yummy fruits and veggies my ethnicity has to offer. So I was inspired to keep that going for my family as well. I like to balance our diet at home the best way I possible can, and one way I do that, is by adding quality ingredients to mostly everything that we make at home. Our bodies are so grateful for that and I hope I can share a little bit of peace with you too.
