At The Blissful Bakehouse, all items are handcrafted fresh to order and carefully packaged to ensure quality during transit.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on destination and delivery timeframe. Shipping speed selected at checkout refers to transit time only and does not include processing time.
Perishable Items
Due to the nature of our baked goods:
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
• We are not responsible for packages left outside after delivery.
• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable packages promptly.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of:
• The outer packaging
• The shipping label
• The damaged product
We will review and determine a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Address
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping payment before reshipment.
