Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At The Blissful Bakehouse, every item is handcrafted fresh to order using quality ingredients.

Returns & Quality Concerns

Due to the nature of our fresh, perishable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once orders have been picked up.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will gladly review and address concerns.

Order Cancellations

 

Because ingredients are purchased and preparation begins shortly after orders are placed, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Orders canceled 48+ hours before scheduled pickup will receive a refund minus a $2 processing/restocking fee.

• Orders canceled within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we will always do our best to work with you when we can.
