About me

A little over a year ago, I started The Blissful Bakehouse from my kitchen — just me, my two kids, my husband and a deep love for real food made the right way.
What began as a small dream has grown into something I'm truly proud of: a community of people who care about what goes into their food. Every loaf, every bagel, every jar of sourdough starter is made by hand, in small batches, with organic ingredients and a whole lot of intention.
Being a mother of two is what drives me to keep the ingredients clean and the process honest. If I wouldn't feed it to my kids, it doesn't leave my kitchen.
